Shipping Policy
We use trusted third party courier partners like Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Bluedart etc. for shipping the products purchased on the website. Delivery time may differ depending on the location of delivery but it usually ranges from 2-7 days from the date of placing the order on the website.
We reserve the right to communicate to our users the products which will not be available for shipping. After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am IST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am IST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Charges
The shipping charges for the products purchased on our website shall be on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not have any control over the prices charged for shipping of the products and the same are determined by the third party shipping partners, and the same are communicated to you at the time you place order of the products on the website.
Limitation of Liability
As our shipping partner are independent third party service providers, our liability in the event of any delay, loss or damage of the product in transit shall be limited to (i) replacement of the product within 7 days from the date the request (which has to be made within 24 hrs from the date such delay, loss or damage arises) for such replacement is made by the user, or (ii) refund of the amount of the product which has been paid by the user.
Force Majeure
THE BAKING TIN shall not be held liable in the event of non- performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to governmental acts, regulatory changes, acts of God or forces of nature, landslides, earthquakes, floods, fire, lightening, explosions, major storm (hurricane, typhoons, cyclones, tsunami etc.) or major storm warnings, tidal waves, shipwrecks, communication cable cutting/ theft, major telephone exchange failure and perils of navigations, acts of war (declared or undeclared), insurrection, riots, or public enemies, unavailability of public services, strikes, lockouts, acts or omission of sovereign states or those purporting to represent sovereign states, blockades, embargoes, epidemics, quarantines, public disorders, sabotages, accidents, destruction/ damage/ malfunctioning of any equipment, technology failure or circumstances or similar events beyond the reasonable control of THE BAKING TIN.

Return and Refund Policy
At The Baking Tin, we prioritize quality. Please review our policy for returns and refunds:
- No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- Refunds or Replacements: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info.thebakingtin@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) between 11am to 7pm (Monday - Saturday).
- Processing: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days from the date our delivery partner collects the product in original/unused condition, subject to verification. Refund, if any, shall be made to your bank account only.
Please note that the refund or replacement benefit will not be applicable to you in the following circumstances:
- The product is not in new, unused and re-sellable condition and is torn or damaged or destroyed (as per the examination of the delivery executive authorized to collect the product); and
- The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information is not on the product and in the packaging.
You also have the right to cancel your order prior to its delivery at your address using the option available on the website.

- Post this period, cancellations are not possible as orders are processed promptly.
