Return and Refund Policy
At The Baking Tin, we prioritize quality. Please review our policy for returns and refunds:
- No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- Refunds or Replacements: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info.thebakingtin@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) between 11am to 7pm (Monday - Saturday).
- Processing: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days from the date our delivery partner collects the product in original/unused condition, subject to verification. Refund, if any, shall be made to your bank account only.
Please note that the refund or replacement benefit will not be applicable to you in the following circumstances:
- The product is not in new, unused and re-sellable condition and is torn or damaged or destroyed (as per the examination of the delivery executive authorized to collect the product); and
- The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information is not on the product and in the packaging.
You also have the right to cancel your order prior to its delivery at your address using the option available on the website.
