Founded by Saloni Jhaveri, a Chartered Accountant turned artisanal baker, The Baking Tin started with classic cakes, cookies, and tarts. A turning point came during a holiday when Saloni crafted a batch of granola for her husband—a healthy snack that quickly became a crowd favourite. This moment inspired a shift in focus, and today, that granola sits at the heart of our offerings, alongside a diverse range of vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free delights.

About the Founder:
Saloni Jhaveri, the creative force behind The Baking Tin, transitioned from a career as a Chartered Accountant to becoming a passionate baker. Originally from Jaipur and now based in Mumbai, Saloni honed her skills by attending baking workshops and gaining hands-on experience in professional kitchens. Her journey took a pivotal turn with an experiment with granola, sparking her passion for creating snacks that are both nutritious and delicious.
Driven by her vision of healthy indulgence, Saloni is committed to crafting products that align with a clean, mindful lifestyle.
